Shipping Policy

North Seeking Arrow Shipping Policy Effective: November 06, 2025

North Seeking Arrow, LLC (“we,” “us”) ships merchandise and deliverables from North Carolina facilities. All orders are processed within 2 business days.

​

Domestic Shipping (US):

  • Standard (USPS): 3–7 business days, $8–$15 flat rate.

  • Expedited (FedEx/UPS): 1–3 business days, $20–$45.

  • Free shipping on orders ≥ $250.

 

International Shipping: Available to select countries via USPS Priority International (6–10 days) or DHL Express (2–5 days).

 

Duties, taxes, tariffs and customs fees are buyer’s responsibility; quoted at checkout.

​

Deliverables: Digital assets (reports, APIs, dashboards) delivered via encrypted link within 24 hours of contract milestone.

 

Physical deliverables (hardware, branded gear) follow merchandise rates.

 

Tracking: Provided via email upon dispatch.

 

Restrictions: No shipments to OFAC-sanctioned countries or P.O. boxes for expedited service.

 

Returns: Merchandise accepted within 14 days if unused, in original packaging; buyer pays return shipping. Deliverables non-refundable post-acceptance.

 

Delays: Force majeure (weather, carrier issues) extends timelines without liability.

About the Founder: Robb Munger

​

As a seasoned and retired U.S. Army veteran with two decades leading high-stakes missions under fire during the Global War On Terrorism, I have since overseen a $57 million manufacturing expansion, deploying state-of-the-art equipment during the Covid pandemic as a reliability engineer.

​

After the project I served as a financial analyst in the U.S. Army Special Operations community, transforming valuable tax dollars into mission-critical equipment for the globally deployed Warfighter within a fiscally constrained environment.

 

Focused on creating and refining processes with MS Suite and SAP for end user satisfaction, I realized harnessing A.I. to transform and optimize workflows was the way forward. Unfortunately, faced with slow moving bureaucracy, I knew something had to dynamically change in the way we work and face the future.

Now, my passion thrives on innovative and transformative training and strategy development for the workforce; leveraging Artificial Intelligence and commonsense to create efficient pathways in streamline production. The answers we seek all linger in potential.

​

And just for kicks, I love to mountain bike treacherous downhill singletrack at 40 mph—where split-second precision and a high regard for personal safety meets pure and raw primal adrenaline.
