North Seeking Arrow Terms and Conditions Effective: November 06, 2025

These Terms govern use of northseekingarrow.com, services, and merchandise by North Seeking Arrow, LLC (“we,” “us”), a North Carolina entity.

Acceptance: Access or purchase constitutes binding agreement. Continued use post-updates implies consent.

​

Services: Risk modeling, API workflows, and deliverables per SOW. Performance per NIST 800-53, NC Gen. Stat. § 143B-1376, and FAR clauses (if applicable).

​

Payment: Net-15 invoicing; 1.5% monthly late fee. Disputes within 10 days.

​

Intellectual Property: We retain all IP; clients receive limited, non-transferable license for internal use.

​

Confidentiality: Mutual NDA; 5-year term post-termination.

​

Warranties: Services “as-is”; no uptime SLA unless contracted. Merchandise: 30-day defect replacement.

​

Liability: Capped at fees paid in prior 12 months. No consequential damages.

​

Termination: Material breach curable in 15 days; immediate for insolvency or IP violation.

​

Governing Law: North Carolina; venue in Cumberland County.

​

Force Majeure: Excused for uncontrollable events.

​

Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remainder.
